CPA owners who get to 8 figures are not necessarily the ones who work the hardest. They are the ones who built a firm that does not depend on them to hold it together.

This assessment takes two minutes. It will show you exactly where your firm stands right now – and where the gaps are so you know where to best focus.

    1) Our stronger people are too often carrying weaker people.

    2) We have senior people, but not a real middle-management layer that consistently owns staff, accountability, and follow-through.
